प्रार्थना एक धार्मिक क्रिया है। प्रार्थना के द्वारा विद्यार्थी अपने इच्छा पूर्ति की कोशिश करता है। सभी धर्मों के साथ ही विज्ञान ने भी प्रार्थना को स्वीकार किया है। प्रार्थना का अर्थ होता है परमात्मा का मनन और उनका अनुभव करना। इसे करने से विद्यार्थी मन शांत रहता है। क्रोध पर नियंत्रण रहता है। स्मरण शक्ति में वृद्धि होती है और चेहरे पर खुशी की चमक रहती है।

Prayer is a religious act. Through prayer, the student tries to fulfill his wish. Like all religions, science has also accepted prayer. Prayer means contemplating and experiencing Bhagwan. By doing this the student’s mind remains calm. Anger remains under control. There is an increase in memory power and there is a glow of happiness on the face.
